Dear Pawan, Hi & Welcome.
There's nothing to worry about your ultrasound scan result.
1. As per the result given there's no evidence of stone in your gall bladder.
2. However, you have a single stone of 8 mm size in your upper part of the left ureter. Usually stones up to 7 mm can easily pass spontaneously through urine with supportive measures like drinking more water and all. However, since you have a stone which is slightly larger, it may be impacted in some specific location which cannot go on their own but require procedures like ESWL or ureteroscopic removal. Please discuss about this option with your treating doctor. It's an outpatient procedure.
Meanwhile increase your water intake up to 3-4 liters per day so has to have an adequate urine out put.

3. Regarding the fatty liver, you need to have certain lifestyle modifications such as avoid taking alcohol and smoking (if you are doing so), avoid fatty vegan and non-vegan meals, take plenty of fruits and vegetables, eat home cooked food, do regular exercise and try to lose your body weight if you are obese.
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful.
Best wishes.
